Morning Front Counter Restaurant Manager

DESCRIPTION: A Front of House (FOH) Manager for Chick-fil-A Dumfries is responsible for all operational activities associated with the front of the restaurant. The FOH Manager is prepared to execute daily excellence across a full spectrum of operational activities at the operational and tactical levels. The FOH Manager will work closely and report to the Director of Operations. The FOH Manager sets the standard for "Operational Excellence" and leads by example while mentoring and developing the Front of House Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a remarkable dining experience for all guests
  • Coach Team Leader and Team Member behaviors
  • Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
  • Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House
  • Cash management
  • Inventory management
  • Maintains accurate reporting
  • Schedule Front Counter and Dining Room Team Members
  • Deliver daily FOH performance reports to Directors and Executive Team
  • Exceed Chick-fil-A quality requirements
  • Oversee, coach, and evaluate the performance of FOH Team Members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to come open the store at 5 a.m.

Specific Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Required: Experience in Customer Service Industry

Preferred Experience:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar field
  • Preferred: Serve Safe Certified
  • This person must be skilled in time management.
  • This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
  • This person must have basic computer skills.
