Our Expectations:

• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and spoken

• Continuously makes eye contact, smiles, speaks enthusiastically, and strives to build a personal connection with guests

• Punctual with a reliable means of transportation 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires being both indoors and outdoors

• Compliant to uniform and hygiene expectations (i.e., clean and ironed uniform, cleanly shaven (males), hair pulled back from face, etc.)

• Exemplifies a positive attitude and creates a kind and compassionate environment for our team and guests

• Proficient in all restaurant roles to ensure operational excellence

• No prior experience is necessary. We provide a training program that will prepare you for success

• Must work a minimum of three days a week, including Saturdays

• Must be 16+ years old to be considered to work at this location
